Well almost 2 years to the day and I am replacing another mirror on my van. Luckily I followed my own instructions and it only took me about 15 minutes.

Just did the drivers side mirror and once I got door panel off it was a piece of cake. Thanks for the post!
Just replaced 08 Sienna drivers side mirror. $53.00 dollars. Thanks for the pictures.
