Election Day

I thought this picture was fitting for election day here in Canada.
Right now the city is covered in a beautiful blanket of snow.

Thanks to my 4 year old, I am renewing my love for classic cartoons. Only now I can look up things I previously took for granted.
Case in point is the Bugs Bunny episode "High Diving Hare". In it there is a scene where Sam is yelling at Bugs to "Open the door! Open up that door!". Sam then turns to the audience and says; "You notice I didn't say Richard.". Well he is referring to the 1947 song "OPEN THE DOOR, RICHARD" which was popular at the time.

Here is a quick list of my favorite cheap eat spots:

Alladin (take out)- Corner Carling & Broadview.
Get a cheese or meat pie for under $2. mmmmm

Schaan (Indian take out) - Merivale & Clyde near CJOH.
I usually get one of the "Big Meals". Around $8. Very tasty.

So Good - (Chinese eat in/take out) - Somerset near Bronson.
Wu Se Chicken or Shanghai Style Fried Noodle are 2 of my favorites.
